If you are simply moving into an existing facility and opening a new commercial or industrial business with no building improvements, select either of those and Zoning Permit.

    Fees will be determined per application. A 3% fee is charged by the Ohio Board of Building Standards for all Commercial permits.

    1. It is the Applicant's responsibility to comply with all civil deed and/or subdivision restrictions and/or covenants on the property. 2. Questions regarding permitting, fees, or similar topics should be directed to the City of Trenton at building-zoning@cityoftrenton.com or call 513-988-6307 or 513-988-6304 ext. 150. 3. Questions regarding the building code or to schedule inspections should be directed to National Inspection Corporation (NIC) at 888-433-4642. NIC inspectors will be available by telephone to respond to inquiries between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday. The City of Trenton thanks you for your cooperation. This permitting process is required by Code and is being done for your safety as well as the safety of others. I, as the submitter, certify my right to make the above application. Further, I certify that all submitted information is true and accurate, and the proposed use will conform to the application as submitted and that no changes shall be made without the express written pre-approval of an authorized representative of the City of Trenton.
