Trenton Fire Department would like to share the following fire prevention & safety tips.
- Develop and review fire escape plans
- In an emergency, close doors as you leave a room
- Sleep with your bedroom doors closed
- Install working smoke detectors on every level of your home
- Remove any obstructions ( bushes, trees, weeds, tall grass) to fire hydrants
- Obtain basic fire extinguisher training
